August 2016 Mini Workshop

Our mini workshop in August was presented by Carolyn Turton (our new Queensland Guild President).

In this workshop Carolyn  demonstrated  how to make a pair of delicate beaded earrings. You might ask why a lace guild would include beading workshops in it’s agenda but as many of the modern or contemporary  lace styles include adding accessories such as beads or sequins learning to work with beads is very relevant. As well as the fact that we like to learn new skills and have fun.
